Problem Statement
Crux is an AI Copilot for Decision-Making. We help SaaS teams embed an AI Copilot into the product to help their customers talk to their data in simple English and get instant answers. Crux also identifies patterns and anomalies for every KPI, builds a narrative for the root cause, and suggests actionable recommendations for improvement.
So far, our team has helped several SaaS unicorns improve product adoption from new users, reduce the resources spent on reporting, and increase customer retention.
The Team:
Crux was founded by a team of IIT Bombay graduates, who have known each other for half a decade. We started our journey back in college where we built software for our own campus, then worked on a nationwide social initiative called Eduride and have previously been associated with Bain & Co, PwC, ITC, Citibank, J&J, NAVI, and others.
We are backed by top investors including Y Combinator, Emergent Ventures, First Cheque, Neon Fund, and top product & technology executives in the industry.
Our founding team includes graduates from various top-tier engineering colleges including IIT Bombay, BITS Pilani, IIT Kharagpur, and ISM Dhanbad.
